At least two people are believed dead and 14 wounded in a shooting at a night club in Florida, US media reported on Monday.
According to NBC, the deaths occurred at Club Blu in Fort Meyers, Florida, the second such incident to take place in the country in the past two months.
Lt. Jim Mulligan of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said a ‘teen night’ had been going on the club when the shooting took care. Some of the victims are believed to be as young as 13.
Though Mulligan did not confirm if anyone had died, local media reports said that at least one person had died, and several US networks reported that 14 were wounded.
A large number of police deputies have arrived at the scene, according to local media. Some of the people at the event were as young as 13. More details are awaited.

The incident comes almost two months after the Orlando shooting , in which Omar Mateen had opened fire at Pulse night club, holding the place hostage for a while. Mateen was killed in the cross fire but not before he killed close to 50 people. A Muslim American of Afghan descent, the 29-year-old had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State.
